HOPA's first young horses auction was a success!

The first young horses auction by HOPA was a success. Six (!) out of a few dozens of presented horses made it through the thorough screening by the HOPA selection committee and medical screening by DE BOSDREEF.

Today, the 20th of July, at 4 pm, this first young horse auction came to an end.

Here are a few results:

The 6 year old stallion Je T'Aime Flamenco (Flemenco de Semilly x Darco x Prince Olivier) was sold for 142.500 EUR to the Slovakian buyer Radovan Silo. Furthermore, the five year old approved stallion Au Top des Luthiers (Quaprice Bois Margot (Quincy) x Voltaire x Double Espoire x Nankin) went to Gilbert De Roock (BE) for 52.000 EUR.  The 4-year old approved Belgian Warmblood Charon (Catoki x Carolus I x Grundyman x Landego) was sold to Bart Vanderstraeten (BE) for 33.000 EUR.

The attention for our youngster came from around the globe, including Jordania, Saoudi Arabia, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Switzerland. The most interest, however, came from Belgium. Last but not least: the first contacts with the Chinese market are established. These contacts will be maintained and will play an important role in the next HOPA auction.

Meanwhile, the HOPA Online Auction is once again looking for 5, 6 and 7 year old horses. Do you have an interesting horse for our auction for a realistic selling price? Do not hesitate to contact us!

Finally, we would like to thank all the sellers for the trust they granted the HOPA Online Auction. And, of course, we also wish to express our gratitude to the buyers and/or bidders for their trust in our auction platform. We are ready to continue building our future!

The HOPA team.
